the chairs up and the lights turned way down low. the music played, we held each other close and we danced
Scene: Outside a nice home in a nice area. The leaves have fallen from the trees and have landed on the ground, scattered evenly and semi-crunchy. Some are still yellow, retaining a bit of there youth from the earlier days but most are brown and dried up waiting to be stepped on a recycled back to the ground. Two young teenagers: eagerly in 'like', falling slowly but fully involved. Leave the home to see all the leaves the boy forgot to rake. Instead of walking over them to the destenation previously decided on; (without discussion of the possiblity of postponment of the walk to the public transit departure of the young female) the male and female drop there bags and immediatly begin frantically filling there hands with leaves. Then continue the undeclared battle of leaves. The female at the clear disadvantage seeing as she has tiny hands (see the burger king commercial) but no complaints are heard, only battle cries. In the end it is declared a tie, with the common knowledge that the over competitive alpha male had won.
